We are delighted to announce that Canbury Homes has secured two prestigious awards at the United Kingdom Property Awards 2023/2024. This is a proud moment for our team and a reflection of the care and craftsmanship we put into every home we build.

Award 1

Residential Development 2 - 9 Units for Hill Close in Surrey

The first award recognised our Hill Close development in Surrey in the category of Residential Development 2–9 Units. The judges highlighted the development's thoughtful design, attention to detail and the quality of the living environment created, values that sit at the heart of everything we build.

Award 2

Five Star Award - Best Architecture Multiple Residence 2023-2024 for Hill Close in Surrey

Our second award, a prestigious 5-star accolade for Best Architecture Multiple Residence, recognised Hill Close for the quality and character of its design. For us, this is what building homes is all about; creating beautiful spaces that are as enjoyable to live in as they are to look at.

Presented by the United Kingdom Property Awards, these accolades are a source of immense pride for the entire Canbury Homes team. The United Kingdom Property Awards are renowned for recognising excellence in the property industry, making these victories all the more special.

We'd like to thank the judges, our customers, our partners and the whole Canbury Homes team, without whom none of this would have been possible.

These awards mean a great deal to us and only strengthen our commitment to building beautiful homes that people are proud to call their own and setting new standards in the world of property development.

We have some exciting projects in the pipeline that continue to define our standards and look forward to sharing them with you soon

With heartfelt thanks,

The Canbury Homes Team
